Two options for accommodations are available for this conference; The Baolong Hotel Shanghai, and the Fudan Guest House. Reservations for lodging are being coordinated by the Shanghai conference coordinators. Please indicate your preference for location and your arrival and departure dates on the registration form.

Lunch and dinner meals will be provided at no charge to conference
delegates during the conference, from dinner on May 9th to lunch on
May 13th. Breakfasts are included in the cost for those delegates staying
at the Baolong Hotel. Meals tickets will be provided during registration
for the conference.
Delegates and their registered guests are invited at no charge to the
Welcome Reception on the evening of May 9th and the Farewell Dinner
on the evening of May 12th. If guests would like to dine with the conference
delegates during other lunch and evening meals, meal tickets can be
purchased for lunch, 25RMB yuan (3 USD) and dinner, 60 yuan (7 USD).
In May, Shanghai's mean monthly temperature is 19.0°c - the mean high temperature is 23.4°c, and the mean low temperature is 15.5°c. While the Conference is in session, Shanghai will be among the "Spring Rain Period" (from April 15 to May 15). There is likely to be days of light rain, with fewer days of heavy rain. Usually there are a few days of rain in a row, followed by several days of sunny or clouds. An umbrella is recommended.
