To register for the CAA 2009 conference:
Step1: Go to http://caa2009.org.
Step 2: Click on the "Register"  button.
Step 3: Scroll down the page and click on the  button.
Step 4: You should see this page:
Step 5: Click on the the link "Click here to create an account" (circled in RED above) to create a new account so that you can register for the conference.
After you have registered for the CAA 2009 conference, create an account for ConfTool for communication purposes:
Step 6: Go to http://www.conftool.net/caa2009/.
Step 7: You should see this page:
Step 8: Click on "Register new" (circled in RED above) to create a new account.
You're done!
